As the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation develops, our primary concern is to the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Warehouse and order information:
In order to protect our customers and employees as of Friday, March 20th we have closed our warehouse to the public and we will have minimal staff on site.
We are currently fulfilling and shipping website and phone orders on the day the order was placed or the following business day.
All orders are packed by representatives wearing gloves.
Our quantity of items in stock has been changing rapidly and due to minimal staff on site many items may appear to be out of stock when in fact they are in stock.
If we have any problem fulfilling an order the customer will be contacted during our normal hours (8:30am - 5:00pm EST).

Currently, we are experiencing no supply chain impact and we don't see any in the near future.
Service information:
As per The 'New York State on PAUSE' Executive Order for Essential Services section 11 we are classified an essential business because we provide essential Services Necessary to Maintain the Safety, Sanitation and Essential Operations of Residences or Other Essential Businesses including law enforcement, fire prevention and response, building code enforcement, emergency management and response, general maintenance whether employed by the entity directly or a vendor, automotive repair.
All non emergency service appointments are currently not being scheduled and will be revisited at a later date.

Emergency service appointments are available but will require customer to provide a safe environment for our service technicians. Details will be given prior to dispatching.
Telephone support:
Due to our reduced staff telephone calls will be automatically routed to voicemail when staff is unable to answer. Voicemail messages are being received by staff working from home as well as our warehouse staff so you should get a call back within an hour. Please leave a clear message with what you are calling about and your contact info so that we can have information necessary to help you right away.
